The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
4. Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. ( Items 5 – 21 )
22. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Department of Infrastructure projects and issues update.
23. Receive and acknowledge the January 2017 Construction Summary Report for the Road Bond and Pass Through Financing Programs.

41. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of a donation(s) from the First Baptist Church of Georgetown for the use of a meeting room in relation to a Williamson County Road Bond public open house on February 23, 2017, 6-8 p.m., relating to State Highway 29 and D. B. Woods Road; and approval of a Facilities Application Form and Agreement pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032.
29. Hear update and discuss bills filed during the 85th Texas Legislative Session.
30. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the issuance of a county-wide burn ban not to exceed 90 days and to authorize the County Judge to lift said ban when conditions improve.

40. Consider approving request to issue a call for projects that will utilized Community Development Block Grant funds for the FY17 funding cycle.
61. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action related to determining the process in which to fill a potential vacancy in the Office of the Williamson County Treasurer (Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 87.041).

44. Discussion on representative vacancies with Capital Area Regional Transportation Planning Organization, Solid Waste Advisory Committee, Clean Air Coalition, Capital Area Rural Transportation System, and the Williamson County Benefits Committee due to recent changes in Commissioners Court members.
45. Discuss the existing structure and organization of the Williamson County and Cities Health District, as well consider and deliberate possibly transitioning from a Public Health District to a Local Health Department to be operated as a Williamson County department.
70. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline and/or dismissal of Williamson County officers, directors or employees, including but not limited to any necessary action pertaining to conducting annual reviews of department heads and appointed officials.
46. Discuss and take appropriate action to approve the Pretrial Intervention Program Budget-0364 for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2017.
47. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a temporary stipend for position #0714 while performing additional responsibilities for another department.
48. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve and award the Engineering Services Contract with Steger and Bizzell Engineering, Inc, for the engineering design services for the replacement of the culvert crossings. This is the second firm to be awarded a contract for these services under RFQ 1607-104. Total contract amount not to exceed $500,000.00.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting SunGard Public Sector, LLC from the competitive bidding or proposal requirements established by Section 262.024 (a) (7) of the Texas Local Government Code, as the sole source provider of software and maintenance for our ONE Solution OSSI Brand Software, including licensing, maintenance, support, modifications, and training.
