The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the retirement from the county inventory of assets not found including, (4) Motorola Radio's, (1) Digital Camera, (4) Traffic Director's, (2) Monitors, (2) Mobile Vision Video, (1) Tracking Systems, (4) Computers, (3) Wearable camera's, (1) Armor Vision, (2) Body Armor's, (4) ABA Extreme level's, (4) Equipment Radio's, (1) Multi-media, (7) Vehicle Equipment, Other equipment peripherals, Computer Equipment, Law Enforcement Equipment, Body Armor Equipment (see attached lists) per the recommendation of the County Auditor's office.

33. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to proclaim the week of APRIL 2 – 8, 2017, NATIONAL CRIME VICTIMS RIGHTS WEEK.
4. Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
34. Discuss consider and take appropriate action on Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Quarterly Interpretation of Programs to elected officials and Ag Day Proclamation.
35. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recording in the Williamson County Commissioners Court’s minutes the Williamson County District Judges’ order appointing Jerri L. Jones to serve as the Williamson County Auditor for the remainder term commencing on March 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2018; and order directing the payment of the Williamson County Auditor's salary [Texas Local Government Code §84.003(b)].
36. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Department of Infrastructure projects and issues update.
37. Receive and acknowledge the March 2017 Construction Summary Report for the Road Bond and Pass Through Financing Programs.

50. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on establishing a change fund for Williamson County Expo Center.

53. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an affiliation interlocal agreement between Williamson County EMS and Texas State University.
54. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding an Attorney/Client Engagement Agreement engaging the law firm of Sheets & Crossfield, PC to represent Williamson County in relation to various aspects of real estate and eminent domain/condemnation law, real estate and easement negotiation, any additional related services and issues connected with the acquisition of right-of-way, review and preparation of documents for matters related to County Road Bond Funds, general acquisition of real estate, economic development issues and general matters as assigned by the County Judge or Williamson County Commissioners, as more fully set out in the engagement agreement; and exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
