The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. ( Items 5 – 12 )
5. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the On-Site Sewage Facilities.
10. Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with Circuit of The Americas (COTA).
13. Receive and acknowledge the October 2017 Construction Summary Report for the Road Bond and Pass Through Financing Programs.
14. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Department of Infrastructure projects and issues update.

17. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the temporary use of the lowest level of the parking garage by the Sheriff's Office. The anticipated time period is not anticipated to exceed six months.
32. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the creation and authorization of a Williamson County Local Provider Participation Fund pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code, adoption of Williamson County Health Care Participation Program Rules and Procedures governing the operations of a Local Provider Participation Program and setting the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 and how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent.
26. Discuss and take appropriate action on distribution of funds for the Hutto Education Foundation from the Waste Management Landfill Fund.

29. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on naming the new Williamson County Sheriff's Office Training Center located at 8160 Chandler Rd., Hutto to the "Deputy A. W. Grimes Law Enforcement Training Center".
30. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Local Initiative Project (LIP) grant from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to implement and enhance enforcement of counterfeit registration insignias (i.e., counterfeit temporary/provisional license plates) and related counterfeit vehicle inspection reports.
31. Discuss and take appropriate action on transferring $70,000 from the Fiscal Year 2016 Community Development Block Grant Granger Sewer Project to the Fiscal Years 2014 and 2015 Community Development Block Grant Granger Drainage Project.
33. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Utility Easement to the City of Georgetown for the placement of an electrical transformer needed for the Palace Theater's construction project located near Rock Street in Georgetown, Texas.
34. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an authorized use agreement with Mirth Films to film in the historic jail on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
