The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. 17. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the County Attorney March 2020 Monthly Report in compliance with Code of Criminal Procedure 103.005.
23. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Facilities & Services Agreement and related County Addendum between Williamson County and Concordia University, Texas to provide temporary housing for uniformed EMS first responders supporting the COVID-19 response efforts, exempting these services from the competitive bidding requirements per section 262.024(a)(2) of the Texas Local Government Code and authorizing execution of the agreement and related addendum.
27. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the acceptance of Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement with Tenex Software Solutions, Inc., a potential vendor, to allow the Elections Department a two-week trial of an epollbook solution. Acceptance of this agreement is not an actual commitment to purchase any product, but would only allow for a review of the product.
34. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of 1903-305 Medical Supplies for Williamson County Jail, contract renewal option 1, for the term of July 01, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with Zhou Medical Solutions, LLC.
35. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase between Williamson County and Krueger International (KI)/TechCenter Design, Inc. to provide additional Tables and Chairs to the Georgetown Annex Building in the amount of $77,559.60 per the terms of Sourcewell Contract # 031715KI. Funding source is P325.
61. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a proclamation designating May 4 - 8, 2020 as Air Quality Awareness Week in Williamson County.
62. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying the acceptance of funds in the amount of $170,569.32 and the Terms and Conditions from Health and Human Services (HHS) CARES Act Provider Relief Fund.
63. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on matters relating to local business grants to include, but not be limited to creating an economic development program pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 381 and other programs in order to stimulate, encourage and develop business location and commercial activity in Williamson County, Texas that has become necessary due to the impact Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic; providing personnel and services of Williamson County, Texas to support such programs; establishing program criteria; program funding amounts; identify funding sources; application, approval and payment processes; and contracting for the administration of such programs.
64. Deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information/situational updates and take any appropriate action on public health related matters, issues, business and concerns pertaining to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
65. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting Central Square from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024 (a) (7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole provider for supervision services for Williamson County and authorize the purchase.
66. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting Transcend Tactical from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024.(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole provider for a tactical robot with non-lethal deployment system to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and authorizing execution of the agreement.
