Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to authorize the Second Amendment to Contract 13RFP00101 between Williamson County EMS and DM Medical Billings LLC, to outline the role and responsibility to handle COVID-19 related accounts under the Terms & Conditions of the CARES Act Provider Relief Funds. The Second Amendment would allow a percentage of reimbursement to the Third Party Agency (TPA) for tracking and reporting disallowed insurance amounts not pursued by the TPA.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Local State of Disaster Declaration and Order for Williamson County, Texas proclaimed and adopted by Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. on March 14, 2020 in relation to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and extended by the Williamson County Commissioners Court on March 18, 2020 to continue until terminated by formal action of the Williamson County Commissioners Court; with such action to include but not be limited to termination, modification and/or continuation of the Local State of Disaster Declaration and Order for Williamson County, Texas.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying the Service Agreement/Order Form between Williamson County and Cequal Communications, LLC dba Suddenlink Communications, which was executed by the County Judge on May 5th, 2020 to support the operations of the Williamson County ITS Department and exempting these services from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(2).

Acceptance of this agreement is not an actual commitment to purchase any product, but would only allow for a review of the product. There is no cost associated with this trial period.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting Transcend Tactical from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024.(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole provider for a tactical robot with non-lethal deployment system to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and authorizing execution of the agreement.
